Branded content and documented cases for clinics
The patient sits down, hears the plan and the price, and says they will think about it. What they take home decides more than the consultation did. Most clinics send them out with a printed budget and nothing else.
A 30-minute video call. The audit document and the 90-day plan.

The consultation ends and the material stops
Everything the clinic produces is aimed at getting the first appointment, and then it stops dead. There is nothing to hand over, nothing to send two days later, nothing that explains the process to the partner who did not come along and who is the one asking what it costs. The treatment is not lost in the chair; it is lost that evening at the kitchen table.
Branded & Cases
1 documented case per quarter
A real process followed end to end: what the patient came in with, what was decided, what the stages were, what it involved. Always with written consent for that specific use.
Page, PDF and short video for each case
The same case in the three formats it gets used in: a page that ranks, a PDF reception can hand over or email, and a short video for the consultation screen and social.
A video piece at every renewal
One filmed piece each time the plan renews: the clinician explaining a treatment, the room, the process. Filmed in the clinic, in one session.
The consultation kit
What gets handed over when a patient asks for time to think: the process explained, what is included, how the stages work, what to ask before deciding. Written to be read at home, not to be filed.
Consent handled properly
A consent form per patient and per use, revocable, held by the clinic. No image gets reused for a purpose it was not signed for, however good it looks.
How it runs
- 01
01 — Pick the treatment that bills
Not the most spectacular case: the treatment that decides the year and gets thought about the longest. That is where a case earns its cost.
- 02
02 — Consent before anything else
The patient is asked first, in writing, for that use, with the option to say no without it affecting a thing. If there is no consent, there is no case, and another one gets picked.
- 03
03 — One filming session
A single morning in the clinic covering the case, the renewal video and stock footage for social. One disruption a quarter, not a camera every fortnight.
- 04
04 — Put it to work
Page published and linked, PDF in reception’s hands and in the email flow, video on the consultation screen. Then the honest question: is it being used, and does the team reach for it.
What changes
The patient who asks for time to think leaves with something in their hands.
The partner who did not come to the consultation gets the same explanation.
Reception and the clinical team stop improvising the same explanation every day.
The material is measured by what it helped close, not by how it looks.
Who we work with
Dental clinics
Implantology is decided over weeks. Be there for all of them.
Aesthetics & dermatology
The speciality with the most advertising and the least trust.
Ophthalmology
One decision, years of thinking, a lot of fear to answer.
Fertility
The longest decision in private healthcare. Handle it carefully.
Physiotherapy
Low ticket, high frequency. The maths only works with retention.
Multi-specialty clinics
Eight specialities, one website, and none of them ranking.
Questions
Is this a testimonial?
It is a documented process, which is a different thing. The point is to explain how a treatment works from start to finish, not to put a rating on screen. Where a patient wants to speak on camera and signs for it, that is theirs to offer, never a condition of care.
Can we show before-and-after images?
Carefully and inside the rules. In aesthetics and dentistry, before-and-after used as advertising bait is regulated and is where clinics get sanctioned. The cases here explain the process; they do not sell an outcome.
What if the patient changes their mind?
Consent is revocable and everything comes down. That is written into the form and it is the clinic’s call, not ours.
Do we need a production crew in the clinic?
One session a quarter, in a morning, with equipment that fits in a case. The clinic keeps working around it.
Who owns the footage?
The clinic, raw files included. Nothing gets reused for another client or another purpose.
